This project required HVAC installation for a 916,000 square foot brewery, warehouse, shipping office, and two-story main office for Mark Anthony Brewing Co. Using a helicopter, we were able to install 130 pieces of rooftop equipment consisting of 25-ton packaged units, condensing units, relief, exhaust and supply fans in less than eight hours.

Inside the space, we installed large ductwork, high-end air distribution trim, and an HVLS system consisting of (19) 21-foot fans mounted above active product lines.

We also assisted with the mechanical design of the 2-story office space addition which consisted of 21 split systems, computer room air conditioning units, exhaust and HVLS fans.
