Sheet Metal Prefabrication and Sub Assembly
Duct systems are shipped sub-assembled in sections with dampers, tabs, end caps, etc. installed in our shop. This minimizes field labor requirements and maximizes consistent quality along with on-time installation. Capabilities include:
- Materials: 26 gauge through 3/16 plate sheer, brake and roll
- Welding: All alloys with ASME certified welders
- Ductwork: Download from CAD, fully automated coil line and computerized plasma table
