These projects have ranged in contract value, for IMCOR’s work, from less than $ 10,000 to in excess of $ 20 million single site, for an average annual volume of work totaling $ 40 million.

Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) | ||

Located in the downtown Phoenix area, IMCOR’s work on this certified ‘green building’ project included the design, pre-construction and construction services required for each of the four phases initiated to date - the shell building, the tenant improvement build out, the parking garage and the cafeteria complex. IMCOR provided the hvac and piping portion of all mechanical work for these new construction projects, which were completed in February 2003. | ||

Del E. Webb Memorial Hospital | ||
|
This project located in the retirement community of Sun City West (AZ), and included IMCOR’s work as the mechanical subcontractor (hvac, piping and plumbing), consisted of the new construction of a multiple story addition / expansion and the tenant improvement, retrofit and upgrades to the existing facility. | ||

JW Marriott – Desert Ridge Resort | ||
|
This 950-room resort (now the largest in the state of Arizona) is complete with multiple banquet rooms; a 28,000 square foot spa facility; 3 pool / water park features; specialty restaurants; 2 golf courses with clubhouses; and other sporting/ recreational amenities. IMCOR provided all mechanical subcontracting services (hvac, piping, plumbing) for all new construction work required of this project completed in February 2003. www.desertridgeresort.com |

Lower Buckeye Jail – Adult Detention Facility | ||
|
Part of the Maricopa County detention expansion for Sheriff Joe Arpaio, this facility includes 504 cells for juvenile remand, 960 cells for maximum-sentence, 256-cell psychiatric facility, and a four-dorm minimum facility. Also included is a 60-bed infirmary/medical clinic, and CHS Admin and Program/Education Admin offices. www.mcso.org |

Phoenix Dodge Theatre | ||
|
This 3-story, 6000 seat private performing arts facility located in downtown Phoenix presents performances and events including ballets, stand up comedy, special speakers, and sporting events.
