St. Luke’s Hospital

The St. Luke’s Hospital project consisted of the removal of two existing wood cooling towers and replacing them with two Evapco towers with stainless steel basins.  In addition, IMCOR installed a new chiller and replaced two existing condenser water pumps, one chilled water pump with inertia base, furnished all new electrical feeders including an 800 amp distribution panel, modified the existing chemical treatment system, reconfigured and installed new welded condenser, and chilled water piping including an equalizer line between the new towers and the existing tower.  IMCOR also provided all structural steel, concrete piers and equipment pad modifications, and painting for the newly installed piping.  Our services included startup, owner training and warranty.

The project was delivered in the same format as a Construction Manager At-Risk (CMAR) project.  IMCOR worked directly with the Owner and the Owner’s representative to establish a detailed scope of work, procure materials, and complete the construction activity in 60 days. Additionally, all necessary project permits were procured by IMCOR.
