Banner Good Samaritan

IMCOR has participated in several recent upgrades at the Banner Good Samaritan Hospital, including the Women’s Center Expansion and the Operating Room Expansion and Renovation.

During the Women’s Center Expansion, which was a 40,000SF project, IMCOR provided a detailed phasing and coordination plan that ensured down time required to replace the HVAC system’s main air handlers was minimized.  Due to this advanced coordination plan, IMCOR was able to disconnect and reroute the existing air handling equipment, and then install the new air handling equipment all in one weekend.

For the three-story Operating Room Expansion and Renovation, IMCOR installed the mechanical and plumbing systems for the new Sterile Processing Department, 18 new Operating Rooms, Surgical Suites, and several other patient and administrative spaces.  The mechanical systems encompassed many specialized healthcare specific systems, including an Ethylene Oxide (ETO) Sterilization and Abator Exhaust System, Medical Gas Piping, and Clean Steam System.
