IMCOR is one of Arizona’s largest mechanical subcontractors, specializing in Design/Build, Industrial HVAC, Process Piping & Plumbing Systems, Module Manufacturing, Service Maintenance and Special/ Facility Projects. Our diverse experience encompasses all facets of the commercial construction realm – medical and correctional facilities, transportation and airport facilities, high rise offices, hotel/ convention centers, sport and performing arts venues, and high purity/data center type systems. In addition, our Facilities Service and Maintenance Department provides customized services to meet our customers’ ongoing needs, specializing in high-priority scheduled shutdown projects within clean rooms, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, and boiler additions or replacements.

IMCOR has consistently been ranked among the top five mechanical contractors in Arizona by the Business Journal, Arizona Business magazine and Southwest Contractor magazine. Engineering News Record (ENR) has also named IMCOR in the top rankings of specialty contractor nationally.

Company Philosophy

Our general management philosophy is to be skillful managers utilizing modern methods, equipment and ideas to effectively manage the company and to adhere to ethical practices. Which, practically stated, means that we will never knowingly do dishonest or deceitful things and will be truthful in all of our dealings. It shall be the policy of this company to support our industry, community and employees as a corporate citizen.

Workforce

IMCOR has the demonstrated ability to recruit and retain an exceptionally motivated and highly skilled workforce that is one of the cornerstones of our company’s success. Core managers represent more than 500 years of combined experience in the construction industry, while our company maintains on average workforce in excess of 350 employees.

Building IMCOR’s Team IMCOR offers an accredited comprehensive mechanical Craft Training / Apprenticeship Program for qualified employees. A proven blend of classroom and hands-on training with experienced instructors combined with in-the-field work provides students with thorough, real world knowledge of mechanical crafts. On the job work produces both a paycheck and fundamental and advanced craftsmanship skills on which to base a solid career.

The Craft Training / Apprenticeship Program is certified by the National Center for Construction Education and Research, using industry standard wheels of learning curricula, and is fully accredited in accordance with Department of Labor standards, plus federal and state Bureaus of Apprenticeship training.
